How does the medical review work?

After the health questionnaire, a licensed doctor reviews your information on your hair situation, pre-existing conditions and medications.
- If a therapy is suitable, a prescription is issued
- If there are any questions, the doctor gets in touch with you
- If a therapy is not suitable, you receive a response with the reason
The decision is always made by a person with a medical licence. A prescription is never guaranteed. The review is not a one-time step: it is repeated before each further delivery, so that your therapy remains regularly reviewed by a doctor.
