Justhair is not a shop and not a product you simply buy. The medical decisions are always made by a doctor. We structure the path there and support your therapy so that it is regularly reviewed and adjusted if needed. What is the health questionnaire?

The health questionnaire is a short online questionnaire with health questions about your hair situation and your health. It only takes a few minutes and forms the basis for the medical review. Among other things, we ask about the course of your hair loss, pre-existing conditions and medications you are taking. The doctor needs this information to assess whether a therapy is suitable for you. The health questionnaire itself is free of charge. Costs only arise once a prescription is issued and your therapy is shipped.

What does Justhair cost?

The health questionnaire and browsing the possible therapies are free of charge. You only pay once you decide on a therapy and select it. The amount depends on the therapy you choose and is shown to you transparently at checkout before you order. There are no hidden fees. A doctor then reviews whether the therapy is suitable for you. If it is not prescribed, we refund the full amount. You can also receive just a prescription from us and redeem it at a pharmacy of your choice. In that case you only pay us for the medical service; you pay for the medication at the pharmacy you choose. Justhair is a self-pay service. Reimbursement by statutory or private health insurance is not provided for.
