When am I charged?

The health questionnaire and browsing the possible therapies are free of charge. You are charged when you decide on a therapy and select it.

A doctor then reviews whether the therapy is suitable for you. If it is prescribed, our partner pharmacy handles preparation and shipping. If it is not prescribed, we refund the full amount.

With the regular delivery, you are charged again for each repeat delivery. You can pause, adjust or cancel your deliveries at any time.
