What does Justhair cost?

The health questionnaire and browsing the possible therapies are free of charge. You only pay once you decide on a therapy and select it. The amount depends on the therapy you choose and is shown to you transparently at checkout before you order. There are no hidden fees.

A doctor then reviews whether the therapy is suitable for you. If it is not prescribed, we refund the full amount.

You can also receive just a prescription from us and redeem it at a pharmacy of your choice. In that case you only pay us for the medical service; you pay for the medication at the pharmacy you choose. Justhair is a self-pay service. Reimbursement by statutory or private health insurance is not provided for.
