What is the health questionnaire?

The health questionnaire is a short online questionnaire with health questions about your hair situation and your health. It only takes a few minutes and forms the basis for the medical review.

Among other things, we ask about the course of your hair loss, pre-existing conditions and medications you are taking. The doctor needs this information to assess whether a therapy is suitable for you.

The health questionnaire itself is free of charge. Costs only arise once a prescription is issued and your therapy is shipped.
