How long does delivery take?

Once a doctor has approved your prescription, our German partner pharmacy prepares your therapy and ships it. The parcel usually reaches you within a few working days.

Before approval comes the medical review of the information from your health questionnaire. Only after that does shipping begin. How long the review takes also depends on whether the doctor has any further questions for you.

If you receive your therapy on an ongoing basis, we take care of the next delivery in good time so that no gap arises in your treatment.
